I made another run to Perfect Pour today because I was in the area and continue to add to my collection for the marriage week. I got nine bottles (22s and 750s), five of which are ones I have never tried.
From left to right the newbs are:
- Saison d' Epeautre from Brasserie de Blaugies (Saison Ale Brewed With Spelt)
- Flemish Primitive Wild Ale from De Proef Brouwerij
- Quantre-Centieme from Unibroue (see picture of back below)
- Euphoria Ale from Legacy Brewing Company (Belgian-Style Tripel)
- Hotimus Prime from Legacy Brewing Company (Double IPA)
I don't really know much about any of these. I've never had any beers form legacy so I figured I would try a couple. The 22's were only $6 a piece (which is cheap for pp). Had to get the new Unibroue beer because I like a lot of their beer. I got the Saison because I'm not sure I have had one advertising spelt before, though I know its a common ingredient. The flemish was for a little sourness and because I haven't had very many flemish ales.
While I will be saving these for my wedding, hopefully I can remember enough to post about the notable ones.
