I just posted the two recipes for the November 15th brew on the homebrew history page. Take a look and let me know what you think:
I also worked through the schedule so that we have a plan for timing the two brews across the day. Currently I have the initial water heating starting at 6:30 AM and the second brew in storage at 5:25 PM. Could be a really long day! I tried to be a little generous with some of the steps, so there is definitely room for improvement if things go well. Guess we will have to pace ourselves with the drinking. I’m posting the schedule below so please take a look and let me know if you see anything missing or any potential problems.
