It’s been almost two months since the last brew, so it’s
time to brew again!
Due to the warm weather I feel that the a saison is
appropriate. We will use the hot air and water to our benefit on this
one, because the beer will be fermented between 80 and 90 degrees. I realize
most everyone has plans, but if you don’t come on by. We’ll be brewing the
usual hours 8-3. I imagine afterwards we’ll probably do some grilling and head
out the Carroll County fireworks later on (unless someone has some they want to
bring).
As usual I have plenty of beer. The Hop Rye and Barley wine
are still on tap. Plus the Belgian strong is still in the kegerator. I imagine
the pilsner will be ready to drink, at least samples cause I really don’t have
any free kegs.
