Its been a long time since our last brew (approaching 3 months) and this year has been especially quiet due to my patio project. To catch up I’m planning a double brew, but I have not settled on what we should make. I have a few ideas that John and I have brainstormed, but I need some help to finalize it so I can create the recipes and plan the brews.

Contenders are:

• Bourbon barrel imperial stout with cherries, fermented partially w/ Lambicus.
• Black IPA using our homegrown cascade and nugget hops
• Cilantro Lime Pale Ale
• Triple Bock
• Scotch Ale
• Altbier
• Gose
• What am I missing?

Please help!

With the 24th brew behind us its time to think about what the next beer should be. Having almost done 26 different styles accross all of those brews, there aren't too many styles that we haven't done.

So the question is what is your vote?

As most of you know I am getting married soon. Some time after we get married we are having a party to celebrate the marriage with our friends, because the wedding is a small ceremony with family only. I would like to get 2-3 sixtels (1/6 keg) of good beer for the party but I'm really not sure what I should get. I would like to get some REALLY good stuff that you might not find all the time. The sixtels make sense because if there are left overs I can easily tap or store them at home.

So I need your help. Yes that means you!! I really should be placing the orders soon, so I need some suggestions. Let me list a couple that come to mind for me:
