Used White Labs Bavarian Weizen Yeast WL351
Hose water at 73° therefore beer was not chilled well. Finished @ 82°
Pitched next morning when beer was at 76°
Gravity reading taken 11 hrs after pitch, temp at 75°

Tables very sweet with wheat overtones.

Gravity Reading: 1.016, wheat taste with slightly off after taste. Bubbling every 5 seconds
Added 5 cups of cherry juice. Will adjust if not enough cherry after a couple of days
