3/4
liter starters w/ 2.5 oz of DME each
White labs Belgian Ale Yeast (WLP550)
White labs California Ale Yeast (WLP001)
Dough-In was up to sparger
Boil started with 14.5 gallons with runnings at 1.020
120 min boil without FWH
Produced 11.75-12 gallons
Therminator worked great except hop leaves clogged quick disconnects

Placed fermentor in basement with thermowell, etc, and heat wrap connected
Left heat wrap on over-night to ensure it was working. Left at 67°

Fermentor up to 78°. Moved into laundry room and reconnected etc.
Bubbling once a second. Gravity at 1.070. Tastes very hoppy.

Hydrometer reading 1.026. Bubbles once every 3 seconds
Lots a flavor and aroma hops, slight bitter finish

Hydrometer reading 1.017. Slight sulfer from Belgian yeast

Dumped 30 oz of trub. Bubbles 1 / 30 secs before dump
