3rd Brew - Belgian Golden Strong

Notes:
Used two yeast starters
1 Liter from re-cultured Duvel yeast from 4 bottles and Dried light pilsner extract
1 Liter from White Labs golden ale yeast (570) and Dried light pilsner extract
Forgot to check Duvel starter for health before pitching
Forgot to add the Irish moss
Forgot to sanitize oxygenation tube before putting into wort
Original Gravity higher than planned (1.090 instead of 1.074)
Boil reduced wort to 9 gallons instead of 10 gallons
Opened fermentor on 2/3/06 to add more yeast

Attempted to filter using pump. Carbonated beer from fridge caused lots of foam
Ditched filtering and just split beer.
