  • Started sat for fridge for a week. We re-invigorated with fresh wort 2-3 hrs before pitching
  • Yeast very active when picthed
  • Shortened the mash a little b/c mash temp during HERMS stabalization was good
  • Gravity 4 points lower than anticipated
