Aroma: Moderate hop aroma mixed with strong alchohol presence Appearance: poured clear. Little to no yeast in solution but still has floating particles. Orange copper in color Flavor: begins with moderate hop flavor that intensifies to strong bitter, followed by a sweethop flavor and mild bitter finish. ALchohol is apparent but not overpowering. Mouthfeel: mild weight, not to syrupy, but could benifit from a little carbonation Impression: Flavor significantly increased when servered at 45 versus 32. Decent continuous hop flavor with mixed flavor and bitter. Presence of sugar but not too much. |
