  • Final gravity 10 points lower than expected. Reason is most likely bad sparge or less boil than expected
  • Runnings were high as a result (1.025-1.030)
  • Added 60 min addition of centential
  • 1 oz of warrier was left out of the 9 oz continous mix and added completey somewhere in the last 20 mins

  Added 4 oz dry hop in two bags. 1 oz Palisade, 1oz Glacier, 1 oz Simcoe, 1 oz nugget

Dumped 10-15 oz of trub (by weight). Gravity Reading: 1.029-1.031 sg
    Aroma: Moderate hop aroma mixed with strong alchohol presence
Appearance: poured clear. Little to no yeast in solution but still has floating particles.
Orange copper in color
Flavor: begins with moderate hop flavor that intensifies to strong bitter, followed by a
sweethop flavor and mild bitter finish. ALchohol is apparent but not overpowering.
Mouthfeel: mild weight, not to syrupy, but could benifit from a little carbonation
Impression: Flavor significantly increased when servered at 45 versus 32. Decent
continuous hop flavor with mixed flavor and bitter. Presence of sugar but not too much.

Kegged 10 gallons. FG: 1.030. Calulcated OG: 1.080 based on 11 gal collection.
    Final ABV: 20.52%
