Notes:
Had to add more water than prescribed for turbid mash
Added 3 extra lbs of grain (2 pilsner, 1 unmalted wheat) to get grain bed level up
Abandoned turbid mash by 150 degree step in favor of HERMS due to temperature problems
Use two vials of WLP655 (Belgian Sour Mix), 1 per carboy. Also split a Belgian Ale vial between to carboys

Quickly drained 4 gallons in 5 minutes from mash to boil
