Used 2 vials of WL001 California ale yeast
One added with 2 Liter starter
Second added from the bottle
Mash PH right around 5.2
Slight boil-over after 1st addition
No irish moss was used.
1/2 - 1 gallon left in kettle due to hog clog in bazooka tube, connectors, and chiller
